Terrace Reserve Holiday Park

Located in the heart of Brunswick Heads, walking distance to all the fantastic restaurants and speciality shops and only 2 min walk to the beach, once you arrive let your legs do the travelling there’s no need to get back into your car until it’s time to leave. Friendly family park a great place to make new friends, a place to come to for its fishing, water activities or if you just wish relax. Natural surroundings include: Bird Aviary filled with adopted and rescued birds, a variety of native birds, sugar gliders, possums & Pelicans, native trees surrounding and shading the camp sites and water dragons.

Activities

Brunswick Heads is a great getaway for the keen fisherman and great for crabbing when in season. Check out the whistler in our Bird Aviary at the entrance of the park.

A number of local activities such as: The annual woodchop & fish + chip festival, December / January carnival, bikes and kites, old and gold festival, Mullum to Bruns walk for the energetic and not to forget the monthly markets. Canoe up the Simpson & Brunswick River. Educational wild life walks – during the holidays with Australia Seabird Rescue

Whale & Dolphin watching off the beach when in season. Pick up our 101 thing to do in Brunswick at the office.

Types of accommodation

Terrace Reserve offer nine beautiful 4 star cabins over looking the Simpson River, and two with garden views.  Cabins can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably, self contained with a kitchen, dinning area, lounge, TV, DVD, Austar and bathroom. For that rainy day we offer free to loan DVD’s and Board games.

13 Water front van sites, 79 Powered sites 6 water front, 40 Unpowered sites (20  are water front).

How to get to here

Buy car -  south bound only 30min from Coolangatta, north bound 30 min from Ballina, take the Brunswick turn off and then right on Fingal street, we are located at the end of the street on the Simpson River.

Best time to visit

School holiday’s are great for the whole family – but you need to get in quick as we fill up fast. December / January is family time with carnivals, wood chop festival and lots more entertainment in our town. For a long weekend away all public holidays are quite active with great entertainment in Brunswick. For the keen fisherman all year round is great and for crabbing the second half of the year is the best. If you live in Victoria or South Australia, our winter months are quite mild. Autumn or Winter is a good time for a quite getaway.

You should bring

Basic camping items, fishing rods and crabbing nets. Comfy chair. There are plenty of local shops around to pick up your forgotten items

Free loan DVD’s from over 250 to choose from. Free loan board games. Local Boat and canoe hire. Patrolled protected beaches.
