Located on Dalgety - south NSW, this great holiday park offers fishing and swimming spots along the river and abundant wildlife including playful Platypus.


The holiday park is next to the Snowy river. The park is located in the historic Dalgety, a small village which was once considered as possible site for the capital. It is a tranquil town whitin 20 minutes drive from Jindabyne. Dalgety is the only town in NSW on the Snowy river and one of the few places where the general public can access the rive and enjoy swimming, canoeing, fishing and platypus spotting. How to get to here

Take Monaro Highway from Canberra, then drive through Cooma and turn left after 30km, in Berridale, 18 km to Dalgety. Road access is also available from Bombala, south coast or over mountains through Jindabyne.

You should bring

Bring food, refreshments, sporting equipment ( games, fishing, etc), camera, binoculars, sky equipment in winter.
