Seal Rocks Holiday Park NSW

Seal Rocks Holiday Park is in a beachfront park with majestic views. It is surrounded by national park and borders a unique Littoral Rainforest, which creates an ambient setting not found in many places. Walk to Sugar Loaf Point Lighthouse, a renowned engineering marvel from the last century and from where there are breathtaking views of the Great Lakes Area.

Activities

Aquatic activities are extremely poppular in the Seal Rocks area. There are five surf beaches and three lakes within a ten minute drive of the camping ground. Rock and ocean fishing, surfing, ocean and lake kayaking, kitesurfing, wreck and shark diving, snorkelling , bushwalking, whale watching and much more.

How to get to here

Travelling north from Sydney or Newcastle, take the F3 Freeway joining the Pacific Hwy at Hexham. Continue along the Pacific Hwy heading north passing through the town of Bulahdelah. About three kilometres north of Bulahdelah turn right onto the Lakes Way and follow the signs to Seal Rocks which will be about a 30 minute drive away.

Travelling south from Brisbane or Port Macquarie on the Pacific Hwy, continue past the Taree exit down the Hwy for approximately five minutes. Turn left onto The Lakes Way following the Forster Tuncurry signs. This will take you through Tuncurry then Foster. Continue past the Stockland shopping village, then proceed past the high school. Continue on the Lakes Way travelling for approximately 30 minutes. Turn left into Seal Rocks.

Best time to visit

Visiting Seal Rocks is great most months thanks to our temperate climate. There are cold nights duing winter but days can still be warm to hot (sometimes). We are known to be geographically located at the start of the Temperate Zone.

Ameneties block: Two blocks, three beach showers
Accessiblility for seniors: Level walking tracks to beach and amenities.
Other: Free electric BBQ with covered area, surfboard hire, surf lessons by accredited instructors, linen hire, ice, gas available, small shop, seafood deliveries.
