Choose from 3 types of cabins: the Ibis, the Kingfisher or the Sheerwater, which are centrally arranged around a grassy meeting point and some with views to the lake. This shady field has both outdoor seating and barbeque facilities, making it ideal for large groups, such as family reunion. If you prefer to bring your caravan, there are powered sites are available all year round.

How to get here

GPS Locations to Budgewoi - 33°14’08”S, 151°34’00”E
When travelling southbound on the F3 Freeway take the Morisset (Mandalong Road) exit.
When travelling northbound on the F3 Freeway either take the Toukley Wyee (Sparks Road) exit or the next exit to Budgewoi.

Best time to visit

Fishing season all year round Whale watching season is April to October. Water recreation season is october to March. Visit www.cchp.com.au for seasonal events.

Facilities

Grassed areas with plenty of shade, kids Playground, Sheltered bbq’s on foreshore. Secure boom gate access. Boat and cycle hire is available nearby.

Other considerations when visiting

Bring fishing rods, bikes, swimmers or consider a short stay on your way either travelling north to the Hunter valley or south to Sydney.
